En s’installant à leur compte, ces travailleurs migrants et leurs enfants réactivent la vocation agricole de la huerta méditerranéenne. Ils renouvellent cependant ce système de culture selon des stratégies propres à ce nouveau groupe de producteurs provençaux issus de la migration. L’entreprise agricole leur apparaît comme un outil d’enrichissement par le biais de pratiques informelles. |

| Summary, etc. | El encuentro entre por un lado el sistema migratorio bajo coacción a donde se integran los trabajadores agrícolas de temporada originarios de Marruecos en Francia y por otro lado el abandono de los espacios productivos franceses lleva a una reconversión de los marroquís como productores agrícolas. Al instalarse en cuenta propia esos trabajadores migrantes y sus hijos reactivan la vocación agrícola de la huerta mediterránea. Sin embargo, reactivan este sistema de cultivo según estrategias propias a ese nuevo grupo de productores provenzales provenientes de la migración. La empresa agrícola se vuelve en un instrumento de enriquecimiento a través prácticas informales. |
