| Summary, etc. | L’étude du retentissement fonctionnel de la schizophrénie, en particulier de ses déterminants, fait apparaître que ces derniers ne se limitent pas à la symptomatologie résiduelle ni aux déficits cognitifs induits par la maladie, d’autres facteurs sont à prendre en compte (notamment motivationnels, liés au sentiment d’efficacité ou aux enjeux de reconnaissance, ou encore relationnels, liés à la compétence sociale) qui ne se prêtent guère à une appréhension naturaliste. La complémentarité des approches naturalistes (liées aux neurosciences cognitives) et des approches non naturalistes reste donc requise par la pluridimensionnalité de l’expression et du retentissement de la psychose. Habermas suggère qu’une des limites au naturalisme pourrait être liée à la nécessaire socialisation de la cognition de l’humain, dont l’état de dépendance néonatale implique d’emblée un développement interactionnel de la cognition. |

| Summary, etc. | The main causal factors of the functional outcomes of schizophrenia are not only the residual symptoms nor the cognitive deficits related to the disease. Other factors should be taken into account, such as motivational factors, related to the efficacy or what is at stake in recognition, or relational factors related to the social competence) which are not liable to a naturalist approach. The complementarily of naturalist approaches and non naturalist approaches is required by the pluridimensionality of the expressions of the disease as well as of its functional outcomes. Habermas suggests that one of the limits of naturalism could be related to the necessary socialisation of human cognition, to the extent that the dependency of the neonate implies from the outset an interactional development of the cognition. |
