| Summary, etc. | RésuméEntre 2003 et 2006, deux tiers des entreprises de dix salariés et plus du secteur marchand ont connu des évolutions mais seulement un quart des changements d’organisation importants. Ces résultats, qui reflètent le point de vue des dirigeants d’entreprise, remettent en cause le consensus actuel sur l’ampleur et la vitesse de propagation des changements organisationnels qui, généralisés à l’ensemble des secteurs d’activité, concernent plus particulièrement les grandes entreprises. L’ampleur et la complexité de ces changements sont souvent liées au fait qu’ils concernent simultanément plusieurs domaines : outils TIC et de gestion, évolution de structure et évolution du périmètre financier. |

| Summary, etc. | Between 2003 and 2006, two thirds of all French firms with ten employees or more in the market sector underwent change but only one quarter experienced significant organizational change. These results, which reflect the point of view of company managers, challenge current consensus on the extent and speed of organizational change which has spread throughout all sectors, primarily in large firms. The extent and complexity of these changes are often linked to the fact that they simultaneously concern several aspects of the firm: ICT and management tools, structural changes and adjustments of financial boundaries. |
