| Summary, etc. | La localisation et l’ancrage des entreprises sont toujours l’objet de questionnement. Les théories sur les ressources et sur les systèmes productifs locaux invitent à examiner le travail individuel et collectif d’acteurs territoriaux, privés et publics, comme un facteur déterminant des dynamiques productives et économiques. Cette perspective est adoptée pour éclairer un contexte peu étudié, celui de trois régions québécoises. Les résultats d’une enquête menée auprès de 65 entreprises fabriquant des produits bioalimentaires distinctifs montrent la variété des ressources mobilisées par les dirigeants, se rapportant à l’entrepreneur, à la sphère productive, au milieu institutionnel et au milieu de vie. Parmi celles-ci, certaines apparaissent plus stratégiques lors de phases du cycle de vie de l’entreprise et qui réfèrent au territoire d’installation, au territoire d’action et au territoire d’avenir. En conséquence, les ressources associées au milieu de vie, y compris la famille élargie, mériteraient une attention dans les analyses, en complémentarité d’autres facteurs. |

| Summary, etc. | The distinctive bio-food production in Quebec’s regions: territories of resources evolving along with company’s life cycleThe location and the foothold of companies are the subject of constant questioning. The theories on resources and local productive systems call for the examination of the individual and collective work of territorial actors as a determining factor of productive and economic dynamics. This perspective is adopted to clarify an under-researched context, that of three rural regions in Quebec. The results of a survey conducted among 65 companies producing distinctive bio-food products show the variety of the resources mobilized by the managers, relating to the entrepreneur, the productive sphere, the institutional environment and the living environment. Among these, some appear to be more strategic during the life cycle phases of the company and refer to the setting-up territory, the territory of action and the territory of the future. Consequently, the resources associated to the living environment, including the extended family, would deserve a special attention in the analyses. |
