| Summary, etc. | Depuis quelques années au Québec, le secteur vitivinicole est en plein développement. Cependant, ce secteur reste encore à l'étape du démarrage et fait face à plusieurs défis d'ordre climatiques et économiques, qui limitent son développement et sa compétitivité. Ce contexte est porteur d'innovations multiples. Ces innovations touchent tout à la fois les domaines technique et technologique (choix des cépages, amélioration des processus de culture et de vinification) mais aussi le domaine organisationnel et institutionnel (nouveaux modes de coordination des acteurs, nouvelles règles et normes, etc.). Nous avons étudié les différents types d'innovation qui structurent le secteur, mais également en nous fondant sur les travaux de l'école évolutionniste de l'innovation, nous avons mis en évidence le rôle des acteurs dans ces processus et la manière dont le territoire peut soutenir les activités d'innovation. |

| Summary, etc. | Innovation and territory in the wine sector in QuebecIn Quebec, over recent years, the wine sector has registered an important growth. However, this sector is still at the startup stage and faces several climatic and economic challenges, which limit its development and competitiveness. This context leads to multiple innovations. These innovations affect the technical and technological dimensions (choice of grape varieties, culture and winemaking process improvement), but also organizational and institutional dimensions (new modes of coordination of stakeholders, new rules and standards, new distribution channels, etc.). We studied the different types of innovation that structure the sector, but also, on the basis of the evolutionary theory of innovation, we show the role of sectorial and territorial stakeholders in these processes. |
