Summary, etc. | L’évolution de l’expression « Attractivité des territoires » depuis la Décentralisation en France, montre son émergence au regard du terme Compétitivité, puis l’intérêt de son découpage entre Attraction et Attrait, qui prend en compte de manière importante la part non-mesurable de l’attractivité. Il en résulte la proposition d’un tableau qui recense comment différentes actions publiques sont empruntes aujourd’hui d’une dimension attractive. Cette dissolution dans les politiques locales confirme la néolibéralisation des villes. |
