Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Representing the strategic vision of the managing director of an SME-SMI : mapping his/her perceptions of achievable, desirable, unachievable, undesirable outcomes, through the example of DECAPINThis article aims to answer the following question : how can we represent the strategic vision of the managing director of an SME-SMI in an all-encompassing and structured way ? To address this issue, we will first propose a new definition of the strategic vision of the managing director as “his/her mental representation of a set of decisions, initiatives and events which he/she considers as achievable, non achievable, desirable, non desirable and essential.” We will then adjust the cognitive map in order to visualize and analyse the strategic vision thus defined. We will introduce the example of a small industrial firm (DECAPIN) in order to illustrate and explore our topic further. |

Summary, etc. |
