Summary, etc. | La recherche sur la négociation a suscité de nombreux travaux, notamment en Amérique du nord. Alors que certains champs, comme celui des négociations internationales diplomatiques, ont fait l’objet d’une approche intégrant processus, comportements et contexte, les connaissances sur la négociation dans les organisations restent morcelées. En outre, au-delà des négociations d’affaires et des négociations collectives du travail, de multiples micro négociations, que nous appelons négociations ordinaires, sont méconnues et négligées alors que leur contribution au développement des organisations peut être conséquente. Tant ces négociations ordinaires que les négociations instituées sont accompagnées (encadrées, régulées, soutenues) de manière inégale ce qui légitime des propositions de recherche sur l’ingénierie de la négociation. |

Summary, etc. | Towards an engineering of negotiations in organizationsThere has been extensive research on negotiation, particularly in North America. Whereas certain fields, such as international negotiations in diplomacy, have been studied in an integrated approach (linking process, behaviors and context), the knowledge about negotiations in organizations is still fragmented. Moreover, beyond business negotiations or collective negotiations, multiple micro negotiations that we call ordinary negotiations, are underrated and neglected whereas they may contribute to organizational success or failure. On top of that, the ordinary negotiations and the instituted ones are accompanied by the organization (framing, support, regulation) in an unequal manner. Our purpose is double. First, to better identify ordinary negotiations, their modes and effects on organizational performance. Second, to explore the diversity of settings or practice to manage negotiations and what are the various effects. |

Summary, etc. | La investigación de la negociación ha suscitado numerosos trabajos, especialmente en América del Norte. Mientras ciertos campos, como el de la negociaciones internacionales diplomáticas, integran un enfoque de procedimientos, comportamientos y contexto, los conocimientos en la negociación de las organizaciones quedan parceladas. Además, más allá de las negociaciones de negocios y de las negociaciones colectivas en el trabajo, múltiples micronegociaciones, que llamamos negociaciones ordinarias, son desconocidas y descuidadas mientras que su contribución al desarrollo de las organizaciones pueden ser impactantes. Estas negociaciones ordinarias y las negociaciones instituidas son acompañadas (mandadas, reguladas, sostenidas), de forma desigual, lo que justifica proposiciones de investigación en la ingeniería de la negociación. |
