Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cette étude est de caractériser la culture et la structure organisationnelle actuelle dans le I.T.Q. qui favorisent l’intégration de la Dimension Organisationnelle du Modèle Éducatif pour le XXIe siècle. Les résultats de Docs et de l’analyse fonctionnelle montre que l’adaptabilité, l’autonomisation, l’apprentissage organisationnel et l’approche matricielle sont des critères favorable ; à l’intégration des enseignants de différentes disciplines comme chefs de projet. |

Summary, etc. | DOCS and Functional Analysis, a Comprehensive Diagnosis of ITQThe purpose of this study is to characterize cultural patterns and current organizational structure at I.T.Q. that promote the implementation of Organizational Dimension of Educational Model for the 21st century. DOCS and functional analysis were applied. Results refer to adaptability, organizational learning and empowerment, as favorable traits ; as well as matrix management to integrate teachers of different areas as project managers. |

Summary, etc. | Caracterizar los rasgos de la cultura y estructura organizacional vigente en el I.T.Q. que propicien la incorporación de la Dimensión Organizacional del Modelo Educativo para el siglo XXI es el objetivo de este estudio. Los resultados de DOCS y el análisis funcional refieren como rasgos favorables : adaptabilidad, aprendizaje organizacional, facultamiento y el enfoque matricial que conjunta docentes de otras áreas académicas como jefes de proyectos. |
