| Summary, etc. | Afin d’établir les bases pour appréhender l’externalisation de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises publiques argentines et des personnes morales avec participation de l’État, la présentation obligatoire d’un rapport social est demandée à ces organisations.Dans ce travail, les critères de sélection des indicateurs pour mesurer l’impact, les exigences pour produire la durabilité des actions institutionnelles et les procédures, sont définies pour faire une divulgation pertinente de l’activité de l’État et apporter ainsi une meilleure crédibilité à l’information. |

Draft National Law in ArgentinaIn order to lay the foundations for externalization of the corporate social responsibility of the companies belonging to the national government and of those for which it holds shares in Argentina, the mandatory presentation of a Social Balance for such entities is encouraged.In this work, we show the selection criteria of indicators to measure the impact, the requirements for producing sustainability of institutional actions, and procedures to form a proper disclosure of the activity of the State, which will provide credibility to the information. |

| Summary, etc. | Con el fin de sentar las bases de exteriorización de la responsabilidad social de las empresas del Estado y de todas aquellas personas jurídicas en las cuales el Estado Nacional tenga participación accionaria, en la Argentina se promueve la obligatoriedad de presentación de un Balance Social para dichas entidades.En este trabajo se exponen los criterios de selección de indicadores para medir el impacto, los requisitos para exhibir la sostenibilidad de las acciones institucionales, y los procedimientos para conformar una adecuada revelación de la actividad del Estado, que brinde credibilidad a la información. |
