| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cet article est notamment de tenter d’évaluer la performance de l’intervention des structures d’accompagnement, d’en relever les limites et d’essayer de proposer quelques recommandations pour l’améliorer.Cette évaluation a été réalisée grâce à une étude qualitative effectuée en 2009 et à une étude quantitative conduite en 2013, portant sur treize structures d’accompagnement tunisiennes. Les résultats ont été regroupés pour les 13 structures afin de percevoir plus aisément les limites des accompagnements.Les recommandations que nous proposons seront d’ordre général, c’est-à-dire s’appliquant à la majorité des structures de même type, et d’ordre plus spécifique au contexte tunisien. |

| Summary, etc. | The purpose of this article is to try to evaluate the performance of the intervention of support structures, to point out their limits and try to suggest some recommendations for improvement.This evaluation was realized thanks to a qualitative and a quantitative study conducted respectively in 2009 and 2013, covering thirteen Tunisian support structures. We bring together the results for those structures to perceive the accompanying limits more easily.The recommendations we propose will be first in a general order, applicable to the majority of the same type of structures, and then more specific to the Tunisian context |

| Summary, etc. | El objetivo de este artículo es sobre todo tratar de evaluar el desempeño de la intervención de las estructuras de acompañamiento, sacar los límites y tratar de proponer algunas recomendaciones para la mejora. Esta evaluación se llevó a cabo a través de un estudio cualitativo realizado en 2009 y un estudio cuantitativo realizado en 2013 sobre tiene estructuras tunicinas de apoyo, que abarca trece estructuras de soporte de Túnez. Se consolidaron los resultados de las 13 estructuras para ver más fácilmente los límites de los acompañamientos. Las recomendaciones que proponemos serán de orden general, es decir, aplicable a la mayoría de las estructuras del mismo tipo y de orden específico para el contexto tunecino. |
