La investigación se basa en un estudio realizado a 18 centros, con información obtenida mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario y de los informes de rendición de cuentas. Los resultados indican que el 30% de las patentes con registro en el extranjero, los modelos de utilidad y diseños industriales se han transferido a los sectores productivos, mientras las patentes con registro nacional solo se ha transferido un 9%.
