Cette étude met en évidence que cette logique décrite par les principales théories de l’apprentissage n’est pas respectée en situation de stress aigu. En analysant le cas du crash Rio-Paris, nous démontrons non seulement que, dans une telle situation, des opérateurs confirmés affichent un déni de la situation et ne sont pas en mesure de restituer leurs apprentissages, mais également mettons en évidence les éléments stressants à intégrer dans l’apprentissage. |

Summary, etc. | In critical situation, the acquired knowledge and skills from prior learning should enable individuals to identify and resolve anomalies. This study shows that logic described in the main theories of learning is not respected in case of acute stress.
