Summary, etc. | De nos jours, les entreprises considèrent la formation des salariés comme la pierre angulaire de leurs politiques et de leurs stratégies de gestion, pouvant maintenir les employés à un niveau de connaissances, d’intelligence et de compétences assez conséquentes. Sur la base de ce constat, nous avons cherché à mesurer l’impact de la formation des salariés sur la performance organisationnelle, à travers une recherche effectué sur un échantillon de 270 entreprises tunisiennes. Pour réaliser ce travail, les méthodes d’équations structurelles ont été utilisées pour tester notre modèle conceptuel, non sans avoir envisagé des analyses factorielles exploratoires suivies d’analyses factorielles confirmatoires. |

Summary, etc. | Nowadays, companies are considering employee training as the cornerstone of both their policies and management strategies, which can maintain employees at a level of fairly consistent knowledge, intelligence and skills. Based on this observation, we sought to measure the impact of training employees on organizational performance through a research carried out on a sample of 270 Tunisian companies. In order to carry out this work, the methods of structural equations were used to test our conceptual model, not without considering exploratory factor analyzes followed by confirmatory factor analyzes. |

Summary, etc. | Hoy en día, las empresas consideran la formación de los empleados como la piedra angular de sus políticas y estrategias de gestión, que pueden mantener a los empleados a un nivel de conocimiento, inteligencia y habilidades bastante consistentes. Sobre la base de esta observación, buscamos medir el impacto de la formación de los empleados en el desempeño organizacional a través de la investigación realizada en una muestra de 270 empresas tunecinas. Para llevar a cabo este trabajo se utilizaron los métodos de las ecuaciones estructurales para probar nuestro modelo conceptual, no sin considerar el análisis factorial exploratorio seguido por el análisis factorial confirmatorio. |
