Summary, etc. | Si la marque employeur est présentée comme un outil de fidélisation efficace, aucune étude n’a, à notre connaissance, testé son influence sur la fidélité organisationnelle. Sur la base d’une étude quantitative, cet article montre l’influence de la marque employeur, définie comme l’ensemble des avantages fournis par une organisation dans son rôle d’employeur, sur les cinq dimensions de la fidélité selon l’approche EVLN (Exit, Voice, Loyalty, Neglect), à savoir : la faible propension à chercher un nouvel emploi, l’engagement affectif, la performance dans la tâche et la performance contextuelle (altruisme et conscience professionnelle). |

Summary, etc. | While employer brand is presented as an effective retention tool, no study has to our knowledge tested its influence on organizational faithfulness. Based on a quantitative study, this article shows the influence of the employer brand, defined as the set of benefits communicated by an organization as an employer on the five dimensions of faithfulness with the EVLN approach (Exit, Voice, Loyalty, Neglect), namely the low propensity to seek a job, affective commitment, task performance as well as two dimensions of contextual performance (altruism and conscientiousness). |

Summary, etc. | Si la marca empleador se presenta como un instrumento de retención efectiva, ningún estudio probó su influencia en la fidelidad de los empleados. Sobre la base de un estudio cuantitativo, este trabajo muestra la influencia de la marca empleador, que se define como los beneficios proporcionados por una organización en su papel de empleador, en las cinco dimensiones de la fidelidad con el enfoque EVLN (Exit, Voice, Loyalty, Neglect), a saber : la baja propensión a buscar un nuevo trabajo, el compromiso afectiva, el rendimiento de tarea y contextual (altruismo y conciencia profesional). |
