Summary, etc. | L’objet de cette recherche est de comprendre comment l’usage des canaux numériques par les adolescents modifie les relations au sein de la famille, introduisant de nouvelles formes d’interactions avec les marques. Une étude qualitative révèle deux nouvelles formes d’échanges entre les membres de la famille qui renforcent les relations intergénérationnelles, mais également la mise à l’écart des marques. Ce constat invite à proposer une nouvelle manière d’envisager les relations entre la marque et un groupe d’individus, en particulier face à une prise de décision familiale désormais digitalisée. |

Summary, etc. | The purpose of this research is to understand how the digital channels used by teenagers are leading to new forms of exchanges within the family, and modify the ways to connect with brands. A qualitative study reveals two new forms of interactions between the members of the family which strengthen the intergenerational relation but also move away brands. It invites brands to revisit the way they can take part in this new shape of exchanges during a collective purchasing decision process within a connected family. |

Summary, etc. | El propósito de esta investigación es comprender cómo el uso de los canales digitales por parte de los adolescentes altera las relaciones dentro de la familia, introduciendo nuevas formas de interacción con las marcas. Un estudio cualitativo revela dos nuevas formas de intercambio entre miembros de la familia que fortalecen las relaciones intergeneracionales, pero también la marginación de las marcas. Esta observación nos invita a proponer una nueva forma de pensar acerca de las relaciones entre la marca y un grupo de personas, en particular frente a la toma de decisiones familiares que ahora está digitalizada. |
