Summary, etc. | L’objet de cette recherche est d’explorer l’influence de la citoyenneté organisationnelle, en particulier l’entraide, l’esprit d’équipe et les vertus civiques, sur la performance adaptative des salariés. Pour ce faire, une étude quantitative a été menée auprès d’un échantillon de 149 employés d’une grande entreprise. Elle révèle que la performance adaptative est influencée par l’entraide et l’esprit d’équipe dans une large mesure et par les vertus civiques dans une moindre mesure. |

Summary, etc. | The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of organizational citizenship, in particular helping behaviour, sportsmanship and civic virtues, on adaptive performance. To do so, we conducted a quantitative study with a sample of 149 employees of a large-scale company. It reveals that adaptive performance is highly influenced by helping behaviour and sportsmanship and less so by civic virtues. |

Summary, etc. | La finalidad de esta investigación es explorar la influencia de la ciudadanía organizacional, en particular la ayuda mutua, el espíritu de equipo y las virtudes cívicas, en el desempeño adaptativo. Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio cuantitativo à partir de una muestra de 149 empleados de una gran empresa. El dicho estudio revela que el desempeño adaptativo está influenciado por la ayuda mutua y el espíritu de equipo en gran medida y por las virtudes cívicas, en menor medida. |
