Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cette recherche est d’identifier les composantes de l’image pays des pays d’Amérique du Sud. Une enquête exploratoire de nature qualitative a été réalisée pour analyser la perception des consommateurs des pays, ayant une connaissance élevée ou faible des pays analysés. L’échantillonnage était non probabiliste et comme outil de collecte d’informations, un questionnaire structuré de questions ouvertes et fermées a été utilisé. Les résultats ont montré que l’image pays des pays analysés est composée de plusieurs éléments, sans identifier un élément unique qui se démarque dans l’image pays par rapport à un autre. |

Summary, etc. | The goal of this research is to identify the different components of the South American country images. The work done is exploratory and of qualitative nature, since the intention is to analyze the perception of the consumers from countries having high or weak knowledge about the targeted countries. The sample was not probabilistic and we used a structured survey with open and closed questions for collecting information. The results show that the country image displayed by the targeted countries have different components rather than only one. No single element was identified that stands out in the country image of the examined countries. |

Summary, etc. | El propósito de la investigación es identificar los componentes de la imagen país de los países sudamericanos. Se llevó a cabo una investigación exploratoria de naturaleza cualitativa analizando la percepción de consumidores de países con alta o baja familiaridad con los países elegidos. El muestreo realizado fue no probabilístico y como instrumento de recolección de información, se utilizó un cuestionario estructurado de preguntas abiertas y cerradas. Los resultados mostraron que la imagen país de los países analizados, está conformada por diversos elementos, no se identificó un único elemento que destaque en la imagen país de los países examinados. |
