| Summary, etc. | Cet article montre en quoi la Théorie de la Régulation Sociale (TRS) est une Stakeholder theory (ST) à la française. En nous appuyant sur les travaux de Jean-Daniel Reynaud et R. Edward Freeman nous discutons dans cette étude conceptuelle deux concepts-clés communs à la TRS et à la ST : l’acteur/stakeholder et la légitimité, qui ouvrent la voie à un possible dialogue entre ces deux théories.Une fois ce dialogue ouvert, le recours au concept de Stakeholder Management permet un rattachement conceptuel de la TRS à la ST en la reliant directement à la Théorie des organisations. La régulation devient alors une forme particulière de gestion des tensions et des conflits organisationnels. Elle permet des passerelles culturelles entre les notions d’acteur et de stakeholder, d’intérêt ou de stake, de négociation et de coopération. Nous concluons cet article avec un modèle original qui illustre ce rattachement de la TRS à la ST. |

| Summary, etc. | The purpose of this article is to show how the social regulation theory (SRT) may be considered as a French-style Stakeholder theory (ST). Based on the work of Jean-Daniel Reynaud and R. Edward Freeman, this conceptual study discusses two key concepts common to SRT and ST: the actor/stakeholder and legitimacy, which pave the way for a possible dialogue between these two theories.Once this conversation is engaged, the use of the concept of Stakeholder Management allows for a conceptual link between SRT and ST by linking it directly to Organizational Theory. Regulation thus becomes a particular form of management of organizational tensions and conflicts and allows cultural bridges between the notions of actor and stakeholder, interest or stake, negotiation and cooperation. We conclude this article with an original model that illustrates this connection between SRT and ST. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo muestra cómo la Teoría de la Regulación Social (TRS) es una Stakeholder theory (TS) al estilo francés. Basándose en los trabajos de Jean-Daniel Reynaud y R. Edward Freeman, este estudio conceptual analiza dos conceptos clave comunes a la TRS y a la ST: el actor/stakeholder y la legitimidad, que abren el camino a un posible diálogo entre estas dos teorías.Una vez abierto este diálogo, el uso del concepto de Stakeholder Management permite establecer un vínculo conceptual entre la TRS y la ST, al vincularlo directamente con la Teoría de la organización. La regulación se convierte así en una forma particular de gestión de las tensiones y los conflictos organizativos. Permite tender puentes culturales entre las nociones de actor y parte interesada, interés o apuesta, negociación y cooperación. Concluimos este artículo con un modelo original que ilustra esta conexión entre la TRS y la ST. |
