Summary, etc. | Malgré l’augmentation du taux d’emploi des seniors, le succès des politiques visant à l’allongement de la vie professionnelle reste mitigé. Notre revue de littérature interroge le rôle que joue le concept de gestion des âges dans ce relatif échec. Nous mettons en évidence ses défauts de construction, et notamment le fait qu’il néglige la question majeure de la santé et des conditions de travail. Puis nous proposons le concept de gestion de l’employabilité et des parcours par la santé au travail (ou GEPaST), spécifiquement pensé pour remettre la santé au cœur du débat. |

Summary, etc. | Despite the increase in the employment rate of senior workers, the success of policies aimed at extending working life remains unsatisfactory. Our literature review questions the role played by the age management concept in this relative failure. We highlight its constructional flaws, and in particular the fact that it neglects the major issue of health and working conditions. We then propose the concept of “health-at-work driven employability and pathways management” (HAWDEP management), specifically designed to put health back at the heart of the debate. |

Summary, etc. | A pesar del aumento de la tasa de empleo de las personas mayores, el éxito de las políticas destinadas a prolongar la vida laboral sigue siendo moderado. Nuestra revisión bibliográfica cuestiona el papel que desempeña el concepto de gestión de la edad en este relativo fracaso. Destacamos sus defectos de construcción y, especialmente, el hecho de que desatiende la cuestión principal de la salud y las condiciones de trabajo. A continuación, proponemos el concepto de gestión de la empleabilidad y de las carreras a través la salud en el trabajo (o GECaST), pensado específicamente para volver a colocar la salud en el centro del debate. |
