Summary, etc. | L’objet de cette recherche est d’identifier les facteurs favorisant l’adoption et/ou la résistance à l’utilisation du nouveau canal d’achat que constitue le drive. L’originalité de cette recherche tient au contexte nouveau du drive. L’analyse qualitative menée présente l’adoption du drive comme un processus basé sur la maitrise des outils digitaux et Internet, l’adaptation individuelle et la valeur perçue dudit canal. Les facteurs de résistance ont trait aux risques perçus et à la tradition. Notre démarche d’analyse aboutit enfin à la proposition d’un plan d’actions pour tout manager désireux de se lancer avec succès dans l’implémentation du drive au Cameroun. |

Summary, etc. | This research aims to identify the factors that encourage the adoption and/or resistance to the use of the new drive shopping channel. The originality of this research is due to the new context of the drive shopping. The qualitative analysis presents the adoption of the drive shopping as a process based on the understanding of digital and Internet tools, individual adaptation and the perceived value of this channel. The resistance factors relate to perceived risks and tradition. Finally, our analysis leads to the proposal of an action plan for any manager wishing to implement drive shopping in Cameroon successfully. |

Summary, etc. | El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar los factores que facilitan la adopción y/o la resistencia a la utilización del nuevo canal de compras que es el “drive”. La originalidad de esta investigación reside en el nuevo contexto del drive. El análisis cualitativo realizado presenta la adopción del drive como un proceso basado en el conocimiento de las tecnologías digitales y de Internet, la adaptación individual y el valor percibido de este canal. Los factores de resistencia están en relación con los riesgos percibidos y la tradición. Por último, nuestro análisis conduce a proponer un plan de acción para todo directivo que desea implantar con éxito un drive en Camerún. |
