Summary, etc. | L’objectif du présent travail est de ressortir les enjeux de la Confiance Interpersonnelle (CI) sur la Compétence Collective (CC) des employés multiethniques. Au-delà de l’investigation théorique, le travail empirique porte sur une approche qualitative et les données proviennent de 32 entretiens semi-directifs réalisés dans trois PME camerounaises. Après analyse de contenu basée sur une logique interprétative et compréhensive des verbatims, les résultats montrent divers enjeux de la CI sur la CC : coordination des tâches et coopération entre les employés, complémentarité des compétences, circulation des informations et partage des connaissances, dépassement des barrières tribales et résolution des conflits issus des tensions multiethniques. |

Summary, etc. | The objective is to highlight the issues of Interpersonal Trust (IT) on the Collective Competence (CC) of multiethnic employees. Beyond the theoretical investigation, the empirical work focuses on a qualitative approach. Data collection draws on 32 semi-structured interviews carried out in three Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). After content analysis based on an interpretative and comprehensive logic of verbatims, the results show various challenges of IT for CC: coordination of tasks and cooperation between employees, complementarity of skills, circulation of informations and knowledges sharing, overcoming of barriers tribes and conflicts resolution stemming from multiethnic tensions. |

Summary, etc. | El objective de este trabajo es resaltar las retos de la Confianza Interpersonal (CI) en la Competencia Coletiva (CC) de empleados multietnicos. Mas alla de la investigacion teorica, el trabajo empirico se centra en un enfoque cualitativo y los datos provienen de 32 entrevistas semistructuradas realizadas en tres pequenas y medianas companias camerunesas. Después del analysis de contenido basado en una logica interpretativa y comprensiva del texto, los resultados muestran varios retos de la CI en la CC: coordinacion de tareas y cooperacion entre empleados, complementariedad de habilidades, circulación de informaciones y intercambio de conocimientos, superación de las barreras tribales y resolución de los conflictos derivados de las tensiones multietnicas. |
