| Summary, etc. | Quelles sont les difficultés rencontrées par les PME lorsqu’elles sont contraintes d’intégrer des normes règlementaires ou volontaires dans le cadre de leur stratégie de développement ? Le présent article décrit l’accompagnement du processus d’intégration normative d’une petite entreprise par le biais d’une recherche-intervention longitudinale de 6 années menée avec la méthodologie d’intervention du management socio-économique. C’est dans ce contexte que nous évaluons les contributions d’un renforcement préalable de l’infrastructure de l’organisation à la démarche d’intégration normative. La mobilisation des notions de cohérence (stratégique puis opérationnelle) et de cohésion permet le renforcement de ce que nous avons identifié comme le « socle managérial » de l’organisation. |

| Summary, etc. | What are the difficulties encountered by SMEs when they are forced to integrate regulatory or voluntary standards into the framework of their development strategy. This article describes a small business’s normative integration process through a 6-year longitudinal intervention research study conducted with the intervention methodology of socio-economic approach to management. It is in this context that we evaluate the contributions of prior strengthening of the organization’s infrastructure to the normative integration process. The use of notions of coherence (strategic as well as operational) and cohesion allow the strengthening of what we have identified as the “managerial base” of the organization. |

| Summary, etc. | Cuáles son las dificultades que encuentran las PYMEs cuando se ven obligadas a integrar normas reglamentarias o voluntarias en el marco de su estrategia de desarrollo. Este artículo describe el proceso de integración normativa de una pequeña empresa a través de un estudio de investigación longitudinal de 6 años realizado con la metodología de intervención de la gestión socio-económica. Es en este contexto que evaluamos los aportes del fortalecimiento previo de la infraestructura de la organización al proceso de integración normativa. El uso de nociones de coherencia (tanto estratégica como operativa) y de cohesión permiten fortalecer lo que hemos identificado como la “base de la administración” de la organización. |
