| Summary, etc. | La liturgie de l’eucharistie, mais aussi la théologie dogmatique, défendent avec constance l’idée que l’eucharistie vise et réalise l’unité et la charité de la communauté ecclésiale : elle unit intimement le croyant au Christ et à son Corps qui est l’Église. La communion eucharistique en est le signe le plus manifeste. En exclure définitivement des membres de la communauté est contraire à cette vision traditionnelle ; une exclusion eucharistique ne peut être que temporaire, car l’eucharistie est nécessaire à la vie chrétienne. Amoris Laetitia, en prônant l’accompagnement des personnes divorcées et remariées en vue de leur pleine réintégration, rejoint et met en œuvre cette conviction. |

| Summary, etc. | Sacramental life as a place of Christian transformation The Eucharist liturgy and dogmatic theology both consistently argue that the aim of the Eucharist is to reach unity and charity within the Ecclesial community since it intimately unites the believer to Christ and to his body : the Church. The Eucharistic communion is its most visible sign. Forever excluding any member of the community is contrary to this traditional vision ; Eucharist exclusion can only be temporary, because the Eucharist is necessary to Christian life. By advocating that we support and accompany divorced and remarried persons towards their full reintegration, Amoris Laetitia upholds and implements this conviction. |
