Elle s’inscrit dans la continuité d’orientations précédentes articulées autour de trois volets essentiels : la dynamisation des parcours professionnels, le développement d’une culture du résultat et la diversification du recrutement dans la fonction publique. Elle contient toutefois certains éléments de rupture porteurs d’une conception différente de la fonction publique. |

It will achieve this by applying private sector optimisation techniques to the administration.
