C’est qu’un tel projet nécessite de travailler sur tous les fronts engagés, ceux de l’identité chrétienne, de la représentation du couple légitime, de l’altérité à discerner, de l’alliance à construire, de l’autorité à situer. L’indice du baptême devient à ce moment-là précieux pour penser les chemins de vie qui se décident à deux, orientés vers la fidélité et la fécondité. Les partenariats homosexuels peuvent y accorder les résonances dont ils ont besoin pour avancer dans leurs propres configurations, recentrés sur une acceptation théologale forte et originale de la dignité humaine. Il s’agit de reprendre respiration et de rendre l’éthique disponible. |

As such, homosexual partnerships can resonate with baptism to move forward towards their own way, whilst focusing on the strong and original theological acceptance of human dignity. It is a matter of taking a breath and making ethics available to all. |
