L’article explore également la tension éthique et juridique entre privation de liberté et risque de privation de dignité, et sous quelles conditions le système carcéral s’adapte aux vulnérabilités, plurielles, des prisonniers. |

The article also explores the ethical and juridical tension between deprivation of liberty and risk of deprivation of dignity, and conditions according to which the prison system may adapt to various vulnerabilities of prisoners. |
