| Summary, etc. | Notre enquête qualitative, menée en France auprès de professionnels de différentes entreprises pharmaceutiques, a permis de décrire les conditions à l’adaptation de collectifs aux risques de pénuries de médicaments. L’approvisionnement en médicaments procède de systèmes d’actions complexes, aux équilibres fragiles et incertains. Dans un contexte de ressources économiques limitées, comment des individus, aux représentations et valeurs plurielles, s’accordent-ils sur des actions communes tout en conservant leur part d’autonomie ? On postule qu’une éthique de la relation est primordiale. Elle préside à la transformation nécessaire d’un collectif, observé en situations de crise, grâce à un processus de coopération à l’origine de solutions créatives. Ces solutions permettent de s’adapter ensemble aux problématiques rencontrées pour garantir aux patients la disponibilité en médicaments. |

| Summary, etc. | Our qualitative survey conducted in France among professionals from different pharmaceutical companies made it possible to describe the conditions for the adaptation of collectives to risks of drugs shortages. The supply of medicines proceeds from complex systems of action with fragile and uncertain balances. In a context of limited economic resources, how do individuals, with plural representations and values, agree on common actions while retaining their share of freedom? It is postulated that an ethic of the relationship is paramount. It presides over the necessary transformation of a collective in crisis situations, through a process of cooperation at the origin of creative solutions. These solutions allow to adapt together to the problems encountered to ensure drugs availability for patients. |
