| Summary, etc. | Le champ de la santé connaît de profondes innovations (thérapeutiques, sociales, organisationnelles, structurelles) qui modifient le besoin en matière d’éthique. Celle-ci ne peut plus se limiter à analyser des situations-problèmes complexes dans une visée de conformation aux normes ou de production d’un discours moral à propos des pratiques. « Faire de l’éthique », c’est se rendre capable d’initier de nouvelles pratiques en contexte à partir d’une démarche d’expérimentation sociale. Le pragmatisme constitue de ce fait une ressource théorique pertinente pour fonder les pratiques contemporaines de l’éthique. Dans ce cadre, l’éthique s’apparente à un projet d’apprentissage collectif visant la capacitation des acteurs et des organisations ainsi qu’une gouvernance réflexive et participative de leur agir. Dans cet article, nous présentons un projet (l’actualisation du projet de soins d’un établissement de santé) qui s’inscrit dans un programme institutionnel d’activités en éthique, et qui mobilise la démarche living lab comme méthodologie de travail. Quatre-vingt-onze professionnels de l’établissement se sont retrouvés dans des ateliers thématiques pour partager et analyser leur expérience et construire un programme d’actions visant à mettre en œuvre, dans les cinq ans, les grandes orientations du projet de soins. L’objectif de cet article, outre la présentation du dispositif, est de tirer les premiers enseignements du travail réalisé et d’analyser la nature des apprentissages générés par cette dynamique d’intelligence collective. |

| Summary, etc. | The field of health is undergoing profound innovations (therapeutic, social, organizational, structural) that modify the need for ethics. Ethics can no longer be limited to analyzing complex problem-situations with the aim of conforming to norms or producing a moral discourse about practices. “Doing ethics” means becoming capable of initiating new practices, in context, from a process of social experimentation. Pragmatism therefore constitutes a relevant theoretical resource for founding contemporary practices of ethics. In this approach, ethics is akin to a collective learning project aimed at empowering actors and organizations as well as facilitating a reflective and participatory governance of their action. In this article, we present a project (the updating of the care project of a health establishment) which is part of an institutional program of activities in ethics, and which mobilizes the living lab approach as a working methodology. 91 professionals from the establishment met in thematic workshops to share and analyze their experience and build an action program aimed at implementing, within five years, the main orientations of the care project. The objective of this article, in addition to the presentation of the device, is to draw the first lessons from the work carried out and to analyze the type of learning generated by this dynamic of collective intelligence. |
