| Summary, etc. | Résumé Les agents de l’Inspection du travail sont traditionnellement soumis à une obligation de rendre compte de leur activité de contrôle. Or, ils considèrent que la saisie des données qui y est relative n’est pas une priorité, mais qu’elle constitue une « obligation secondaire » par opposition à ce qui serait leur « vrai boulot ». Plus encore, depuis le début des années 2000, à la suite de la mise en place d’un logiciel dédié, cette saisie fait l’objet d’un boycott. Celui-ci est devenu un moyen de s’opposer plus largement aux dernières réformes que connaît l’administration du travail. |

| Summary, etc. | — Reluctance to provide accounts: the case of Labour Inspectorate officers (1980-2013) — The Labour Inspectorate officers are requested to provide accounts about their control activities. However, they don’t consider the collection and the transmission of the related data as a priority, but more like a “secondary obligation” in contrast with what they believe to be their “real job”. Moreover, they boycotted the use of a dedicated software introduced in the beginning of the years 2000. This became a way to oppose the recent reforms of the administration in charge of the implantation of labour policy. |
