| Summary, etc. | La structure des salaires dépend principalement des qualifications et des secteurs de l’économie autant que de l’évolution du PIB par habitant. Cet article vise à analyser l’impact de la désindustrialisation dans le contexte du changement structurel qui s’est produit entre 1960 et 2020 en Argentine, au Chili et en Uruguay. Ce processus comprenait une re-primarisation de l’économie - un passage de la production industrielle à une concentration sur les produits de base agricoles - tandis que la demande de main-d’œuvre dans ce secteur a connu une baisse significative. Un facteur clé de ces transformations a été l’augmentation du taux d’activité des femmes, qui a plus que doublé au cours de la période. Pour analyser ce processus, ont été utilisés des échantillons de données du recensement national, harmonisés par la série intégrée de micro-données à usage public (IPUMS) et de l’enquête continue auprès des ménages. |

| Summary, etc. | Structure of wages depends primarily on qualifications and sectors of the economy as much as on the evolution of GDP per capita. This paper aims to analyse the impact of deindustrialization in the context of the structural change that occurred between 1960 - 2020 in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. This process included a reprimarization of the economy — a shift from industrial production to an emphasis on agricultural commodities — while the demand for labour in this sector saw a significant drop. A key factor in these transformations was an increase in the activity rate of women, which more than doubled during the period. To analyse this process, sample data from the national census harmonized by the Integrated Public Use Microdata Series (IPUMS) and from the Continuous Household Survey were used.
