| Summary, etc. | De plus en plus d’études en sciences de gestion intègrent à leur méthodologie des analyses textuelles. Celles-ci tendent aujourd’hui à dépasser l’analyse de contenu pour étudier les modes d’argumentation et de légitimation des énoncés. Notre communication vise ainsi à proposer une méthode d’analyse de discours approfondie. Nous présentons une grille de lecture composée d’indicateurs linguistiques identifiés à l’aide du logiciel de sémantique Tropes puis illustrons nos propos en présentant l’étude d’une allocution prononcée par un ancien dirigeant de la SNCF. |

| Summary, etc. | Proposition of a textual analysis method. The exemple of a public corporation CEO’s speechMore and more studies in management science integrate textual analysis into their methodology that today tends to surpass content analysis to study the modes of argumentation and legitimation. Our paper thus aims to offer a comprehensive method of speech analysis. We first present a reading grid composed of linguistic indicators identified with the help of the semantics software Tropes, and then we illustrate our commentary beginning with the consideration of a speech made by a CEO of the “SNCF” Corporation. |
