| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa relation dialectique du pouvoir royal et du bien commun a nourri au Moyen Âge une longue tradition littéraire et philosophique. Convoquant à la fois l’histoire des idées et celle des livres, notre contribution essaie de repérer les lignes de continuité et de rupture dans sa transmission entre fin du Moyen Âge et Renaissance, à travers l’exemple de la filiation littéraire, révélée par la possession de manuscrits de l’un par le suivant, qui unit Eustache Deschamps (V. 1346-1404/5), Nicolas de Herberay († 1552) et (peut-être) Jean Bodin (1529/30-1596). |

| Summary, etc. | The dialectic relation between royal power and common good nourished a long philosophical and literary tradition during the Middle Ages. Hearing both from the history of ideas and that of books, our contribution tries to identify the lines of continuity and break in its transmission between the late Middle Ages and the Renaissance, following the example of the literary filiation, revealed by the possession of manuscripts of one by another, which links Eustache Deschamps (ca. 1346-1404/5), Nicolas de Herberay († 1552) and (maybe) Jean Bodin (1529/30-1596). |
