| Summary, etc. | Notre analyse d’un dispositif de gestion des connaissances dans une grande entreprise industrielle révèle un double mouvement de mise à disposition virtuelle de savoirs et de mise à distance physique des experts. Les relations entre experts et opérationnels sont alors supposées diminuer grâce au « savoir » disponible via les technologies de l’information et de la communication. Ce mode de gestion remet en cause les dynamiques identitaires des experts et court le risque de fragiliser la dynamique des savoirs dans l’entreprise. |

Contacts between experts and operational members are expected to be less frequent as Information and Communication Technologies allow tapping into knowledge anytime, anywhere. However, such an approach calls into question the identity dynamics of experts and runs the risk of weakening the knowledge dynamics within the company. |
