| Summary, etc. | Cet article présente les principaux résultats d’une recherche-intervention dont l’objectif était l’expérimentation d’une démarche-support méthodologique à l’innovation organisationnelle dans le secteur bancaire luxembourgeois. Le déploiement de cette démarche s’appuie sur la co-conception d’un référentiel organisationnel partagé, véritable « objet-frontière » entre le processus de gestion des connaissances, capable de régénérer les capacités organisationnelles, et le processus de résolution de problèmes, qui en détecte les dysfonctionnements. |

An experimentation in the Luxembourgish banking sectorThis paper presents the main results of an action research aiming at the experimentation of a methodological process to support organizational innovation within the framework of the Luxemburgish banking sector. The deployment of this process lies on the co-conception of a common organizational referential, as a genuine “boundary object” between the knowledge management process, able to regenerate the organizational capabilities, and the problem-solving process, able to detect malfunctions. |
