| Summary, etc. | L’apprentissage du supérieur permet aux étudiants de poursuivre leur formation tout en faisant partie des effectifs d’une organisation. Pour les entreprises, l’apprentissage est un moyen de pré-recrutement, d’accueillir temporairement de nouvelles compétences, d’être partie prenante de la formation des étudiants. Afin de faciliter la gestion de ces salariés atypiques, l’article1 vise à mieux cerner leurs attentes au travail. Une enquête qualitative, auprès d’apprentis de niveau master, fait ressortir huit attentes qui sont autant de leviers à leur satisfaction au travail. |

| Summary, etc. | Expectations of the apprentices The apprenticeship in higher education enables students to continue their training while being part of the workforce in an organization. Companies consider apprenticeship as a means of pre-recruitment, accept to host new skills for a limited time and be actively involved in student training. This article aims to bring a better understanding of apprentices’ job expectations in order to facilitate their management as atypical workers. This survey, concerning apprentices at a master’s level, highlights eight expectations which have an leverage on their job satisfaction. |
