| Summary, etc. | Selon un cadre conceptuel construit à partir de la littérature sur les stratégies de territorialisation, la gouvernance et la proximité, une étude de cas sur la régénération d’un réseau interorganisationnel a été réalisée. En étudiant l’évolution de la production cidricole normande à partir de 1990, l’analyse qualitative de trente entretiens et de données secondaires fait ressortir trois phases successives durant le processus de régénération présentant chacune des spécificités en matière de stratégie de territorialisation, de gouvernance du réseau et de mobilisation des différentes formes de proximité. |

| Summary, etc. | Following a theoretical framework constructed using three main concepts – the territorialisation strategies, the governance, and the proximity – we realised a case study about the renewal of an inter-organisational network. We studied the evolution of the cider production of Normandy from 1990. The qualitative analysis of thirty interviews and secondary data revealed three phases of renewal. Each phase is different in terms of territorialisation strategy, network governance, and proximity mobilization. |
