Par une analyse des discours d’entrepreneurs, les auteurs identifient quatre traditions théoriques qui sous-tendent l’émergence de l’économie collaborative. Ils révèlent ainsi les tensions qui traversent ce champ, et formulent des propositions pour l’analyse des processus d’institutionnalisation de champs émergents marqués par la coexistence de plusieurs référentiels théoriques et normatifs. |

| Summary, etc. | This article develops a cognitive and discursive approach to the emergence of new organisational fields. By analysing the discourse of sharing economy entrepreneurs, we identify four theoretical traditions underpinning the emergence of the sharing economy. We also shed light on debates and paradoxes within this emerging field, and formulate propositions on how normative and theoretical fragmentation affects the institutionalization of emerging fields. |
