| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cette recherche exploratoire, portant sur l’étude de deux projets de coopération internationale est de comprendre comment la perception de la culture organisationnelle influence les formes de coopération développées. Les résultats montrent qu’une première typologie émerge : si elle est perçue comme intégratrice (de nature à réunir les membres du projet), la forme de coopération initiale développée sera plutôt communautaire, et si la culture est perçue comme différenciatrice, la forme de coopération initiale développée sera davantage complémentaire. |

| Summary, etc. | The aim of this exploratory research, which examines two international cooperation projects is to understand how organizational culture perception has an influence on the forms of cooperation. It shows that if organizational culture is perceived in an integrative way (of a nature to bring together the members of the project), the form of initial cooperation developed will be community. On the contrary, if organizational culture is perceived as unable to gathering members, the form of initial cooperation developed will be complementary. |
