| Summary, etc. | On veut souligner dans ce travail le caractère fondamental, dans la psychanalyse des enfants, de la dynamique transfert - contre-transfert, laquelle permet d’accéder aux niveaux les plus profonds et les plus primitifs de l’affectivité et de la pensée. Le matériel clinique (psychanalyse d’un enfant de 3 ans) met en évidence l’aide importante qu’apporte le rapport analytique à l’expression d’inquiétudes internes, d’impulsions agressives et d’émotions précoces à travers, entre autres, l’usage du corps et des fonctions corporelles. Il permet, en outre, de saisir une dynamique œdipienne précoce dans une situation de fort conflit parental. |

| Summary, etc. | In this paper, we wish to underline the fundamental character, present in the psychoanalysis of children, of transference-counter-transference dynamics, which enable access to the deepest and most primitive levels of affectivity and thought. Clinical material (the psychoanalysis of a three-year-old child) underlines the enormous help provided by the analytic relation to internal worries, aggressive impulses and early emotions via, amongst other things, the use of the body and bodily functions. It also enables us to identify early Œdipal dynamics in a situation of strong parental conflict. |
