Pour penser la terminaison d’une cure, l’analyste ne doit-il pas renoncer à son idéal de guérison ? À partir de quelques repères dans la pensée de Freud, l’auteur propose un modèle asymptotique de la guérison. Tout processus analytique qui s’instaure introduit un échange, un « troc », dans lequel subsistent des « restes ». Une vignette clinique illustre ce propos. |

Inconclusiveness and self-analysis The end of treatment is not only intimately linked to both the analyst’s and the patient’s capacity for self-analysis but also to the idea of a cure. In order to envisage the end of treatment, should not the analyst renounce his ideal of a cure ? With reference to Freud, the author proposes an asymptotic model of the cure. Any form of analytic process implies an exchange, a « barter », in which there are inevitably « remains ». A clinical illustration is provided. |

A partir de algunos referentes del pensamiento de Freud, la autora propone un modelo asintótico de la curación. Elemente einer Reflexion Das Ende der Analyse hängt sehr eng mit der Fähigkeit zur Selbstanalyse des Patienten und des Analytikers, aber auch mit der Vorstellung von Heilung zusammen. Muss der Analytiker, um die Beendigung einer Analyse ins Auge zu fassen, nicht auf sein Ideal von Heilung verzichten ? Von einigen Eckpfeilern des freudschen Denkens ausgehend legt der Autor ein asymptotisches Modell von Heilung vor. Jeder analytische Prozess, der in Gang kommt, führt einen Austausch, einen « Tauschhandel » ein, in dem « Reste » weiterexistieren. Eine klinische Vignette veranschaulicht dies. |
