| Summary, etc. | This article discusses the adoption of a new production technology for industrial use by an aerospace manufacturer. We use the TOE-TAM framework to identify the changes brought about by the adoption of AM, both within the manufacturing company itself and among the actors in its ecosystem. The results of a case study (interviews and observations) carried out over a period of four years shed light on the changes required (internal and external to the company) for an effective industrial adoption of AM, the various risks associated with AM that are still poorly highlighted, and the co-construction of a common and integrative culture oriented toward technological innovation. |

| Summary, etc. | Cet article traite de l’adoption d’une nouvelle technologie de production pour un usage industriel dans une entreprise de l’aéronautique. Le cadre du TOE-TAM est retenu pour identifier les changements induits par la FA tant au niveau interne de l’entreprise qu’au niveau des acteurs de son écosystème. Les résultats d’une étude de cas (entretiens et observations) menée sur une période de quatre ans permettent d’éclairer les changements (internes et externes à l’entreprise) essentiels à l’adoption effective et industrielle de la FA, les différents risques associés à la FA et encore peu mis en avant et la co-construction d’une culture commune, intégrative et orientée innovation technologique. |
