Ces affects, liés à la relation avec un frère psychiquement atteint, seront revisités au cours de la cure. Des vécus répétés de meurtre, de rage et de destructivité seront élaborés ; la compulsion de répétition à l’œuvre se transformant progressivement en capacité d’autoréflexion et d’élaboration. La haine laissera ainsi progressivement la place à une rivalité plus tolérable et constructrice des auto-érotismes. |

The author proposes to consider the working through of the affects of sisterly hate following an early infantile trauma in the life of a woman patient. These affects, which were linked to her relation with a psychically impaired brother, were re-evoked during the course of treatment. Recurring experiences of murder, rage and destructivity were worked through, leading to the progressive transformation of the repetition compulsion, thanks to a process of self-examination and working-through. Hate thus progressively gave way to a much more tolerable and constructive form of autoerotic rivalry. |

Der Autor unterbreitet seine Überlegungen zur psychischen Verarbeitung von geschwisterlichen Hassaffekten als Folge einer frühen infantilen Traumatisierung bei einer Patientin. Diese an die Beziehung zu einem psychisch behinderten Bruder geknüpften Affekte werden im Laufe der Behandlung wiedererlebt. Das mehrfache Wiedererleben von mörderischen, wütenden und destruktiven Affekten wird durchgearbeitet. Der Wiederholungszwang, der am Werke ist, wandelt sich dabei nach und nach in die Fähigkeit zur Selbstreflexion und zur psychischen Verarbeitung um. Der Hass weicht zunehmend einer Rivalität, die tolerierbarer und konstruktiver im Hinblick auf die Herstellung von Autoerotismen ist. |

Tali affetti, legati al rapporto con un fratello psichicamente malato, verranno rivisitati nel corso della cura. Vengono elaborati dei vissuti ripetitivi di uccisione, di rabbia e di distruttività ; la coazione a ripetere in atto si trasforma progressivamente in capacità di autoriflessione e di elaborazione. In tal modo l’odio cederà il posto progressivamente ad una rivalità più tollerabile e costruttrice degli autoerotismi. |
