| Summary, etc. | Une figure particulière de transfert latéral en institution : les passages à l’acte homosexuels féminins Le présent article commente une figure particulière dupassage à l’acte sexuel dans une institution pour adolescents et jeunesadultes, celle relevant de l’homosexualité féminine. Sa manifestationtémoignerait de deux mouvements. D’une part, de la difficulté de la jeunepatiente à accepter le soin en tant que manifestation de l’intérêt et dusouci de l’équipe soignante pour elle. Le passage à l’acte homosexuel, quia lieu vers une autre patiente, apparaît comme une sexualisation desinvestissements relevant des motions tendres, et en ce sens comme une défensecontre le lien avec l’équipe, avec développement, dans certains cas, deconduites d’emprise à l’égard de la patiente choisie comme partenaire.Cette manifestation est discutée à partir du concept d’homosexualitéprimaire d’Évelyne Kestemberg. D’autre part, ce passage à l’actepourrait relever aussi du lien avec le médecin de l’équipe, principalinterlocuteur du travail élaboratif de la jeune patiente. En ce sens, il peutêtre discuté à la lumière du caractère attracteur de l’Œdipe, mis enmouvement dans les conditions du traitement institutionnel. |

| Summary, etc. | A particular form of lateral transference in an institution : feminine homosexual passages to the act This article discusses a particular form of sexual passage tothe act concerning feminine homosexuality that took place in an institution foradolescents and young adults. This particular passage to the act essentiallypointed to two particular tendencies : on the one hand, the young patient’sreluctance to accept treatment as an indication of the institutional staff’sinterest in and concern for her. Homosexual passages to the act occurring inrelation to another patient indeed essentially constitute a sexualisation ofcathexes of a caring nature and thus constitute a defence against thepossibility of forming a bond with the hospital staff and in certain cases leadsto an attempt at mastery of the a chosen partner. This particular passage to theact is discussed with reference to Évelyne Kestemberg’s concept of primaryhomosexuality. It also, on the other hand, points to a particular bond with thestaff doctor, who was in fact the young patient’s principal addressee duringthe process of working-through. It can therefore, in this sense, be discussed inthe light of the attracting character of the Œdipus complex that wastriggered in the conditions of institutional treatment. |
