| Summary, etc. | Inégalités sur le marché du travail entre deux générations d’immigré-e-s Cet article présente une comparaison entre les parcours biographiques d’individus appartenant à deux générations de migrants, dont la distinction se fonde sur la temporalité de l’expérience migratoire. Il se propose d’apporter un éclairage sur les inégalités qui touchent plus particulièrement deux générations d’immigrés actifs ayant quitté leur pays pour s’installer en France : la première cohorte est constituée d’immigré-e-s arrivé-e-s au début des années 1980, la seconde se réfère à des individus ayant migré dans les années 2000. L’analyse des parcours permet, in fine, d’expliciter de quelle manière l’évolution des politiques migratoires infléchit les projets de vie, tout en jouant un rôle saillant dans l’accès aux droits sociaux et dans l’évolution de carrière d’hommes et de femmes immigrés, dans un contexte de progressive fragilisation du statut salarial. |

This article presents a comparison between the biographical life courses of two generations of immigrants, which are distinguished on the basis of the temporality of their respective migration experiences. It proposes to shed light, in particular, on the inequality that affects two generations of economically active immigrants who left their countries to live in France : the first cohort consists of immigrants who arrived at the beginning of the 1980s, the second refers to individuals who migrated in the 2000s. Analysing life courses ultimately makes it possible to explain the way in which the development of migration policies has influenced life plans, playing a prominent role in access to social rights and in the career development of immigrant men and women in the context of a gradual weakening of employee status. |

| Summary, etc. | Las desigualdades en el mercado de trabajo entre dos generaciones de inmigrantes. Lo que la acción pública hace a las trayectorias de vida. Este artículo propone una comparación entre las trayectorias biográficas de individuos perteneciendo a dos generaciones de emigrantes, de los cuales la distinción se basa sobre la temporalidad de la experiencia migratoria. Se propone aportar una aclaración sobre las desigualdades que más particularmente afectan a dos generaciones de inmigrantes activos habiendo dejado su país para instalarse en Francia : la primera cohorte está constituida por inmigrantes llegados a principios de 1980, la segunda se refiere a los individuos habiendo inmigrado en los años 2000. El análisis de su recorrido permite, in fine, explicar de qué manera la evolución de las políticas migratorias a modificado sus proyectos de vida, al mismo tiempo teniendo un papel destacado para acceder a los derechos sociales y en la evolución de la carrera de los hombres y mujeres inmigrantes, dentro de un contexto de una progresiva fragilización del estatuto salarial. |

| Summary, etc. | Ungleichheiten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zwischen zwei Generationen von Immigrant (in) en. Auswirkungen der öffentlichen Aktion auf die Lebensverläufe. Dieser Aufsatz bietet einen Vergleich zwischen den Lebensverläufen verschiedener Individuen, die zwei Generationen von Migranten angehören, deren Unterschiedlichkeit auf dem Zeitpunkt der Migrationserfahrung begründet ist. Er möchte die Ungleichheiten beleuchten, die besonders zwei Generationen von aktiven Immigranten betreffen, die ihr Land verlassen haben, um in Frankreich ansässig zu werden. Die erste Kohorte besteht aus Immigrant (in) en, die zu Anfang der dreißiger Jahre eintrafen, die zweite bezieht sich auf Individuen, die in den Jahren 2000 ankamen. Die Untersuchung der Lebensverläufe gestattet in fine zu erklären, wie die Entwicklung der Migrationspolitik sich auf die Lebensprojekte auswirkt und dabei gleichzeitig eine hervorragende Rolle spielt im Zugang zu den sozialen Rechten und in der Karriereentwicklung der eingewanderten Frauen und Männer, in einem Kontext von zunehmenden Fragilisierung des Angestelltenstatus. |
