| Summary, etc. | Cet article s’intéresse à la dynamique de changements de pratiques des viticulteurs de deux communes viticoles bourguignonnes. Il montre que ces changements sont conditionnés par la structure du réseau de dialogues professionnels communal dans lequel ces viticulteurs sont insérés. Les deux réseaux étudiés sont du type « noyau-périphérie » et obtiennent des scores équivalents de changements de pratiques, bien que certains types de pratiques soient préférentiellement mis en œuvre dans l’une ou l’autre commune. L’article s’attache à montrer, pas à pas, comment jouent, dans le processus d’adoption de nouvelles pratiques agricoles, l’environnement socio-économique dans lequel les réseaux sont intégrés, les formes de capital (économique, social et culturel) dont les viticulteurs sont dotés et la position que ces derniers occupent au sein de leur réseau. Si les différents registres explicatifs des changements relevés dessinent un portrait assez complet des éléments qui interviennent dans le processus de changement, la dimension relationnelle apparaît prépondérante. Le noyau des réseaux, en particulier, se révèle être un lieu de défense identitaire et de connexion de connaissances et de ressources socialement distribuées. |

Occupational networks and dynamics of change This article aims to give an account of how the dynamics of implementation of environmently-friendly practices by winegrowers in two Burgundy villages are conditioned by the structure of the network of communal occupational dialogues in which they are involved. The two networks studied are of the “core-periphery” type and achieve equivalent scores on changes in practices, although some types of practice are preferentially implemented in one village rather than the other. The article attempts to show the step by step workings of the process of adoption of new agricultural practices, the socio-economic environment in which the networks are involved, the forms of capital (economic, social and cultural) which growers have, and the position they occupy in their network. Although different approaches for explaining the changes identified draw a fairly complete picture of the elements involved in the change process, the relational dimension is predominant. Core networks, in particular, prove to be a place of identity defence and of connection of knowledge and socially distributed resources. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo pretende dar cuenta de cómo la dinámica de implementación de prácticas amigables con el medio ambiente por dos productores de vino en Borgoña está condicionada por la estructura de la red de diálogo profesional comunal en la que se insertan. Las dos redes se estudian como “centro-periferia” y logran puntajes equivalentes en los cambios de prácticas, aunque algunos tipos de prácticas se implementan preferiblemente en una o en otra ciudad. El artículo intenta mostrar, paso a paso, cómo el entorno socio-económico en el que las redes están insertados, las formas de capital (económico, social y cultural) que los productores se proporcionan y la posición que ocupan en su red, juegan en el proceso de adopción de nuevas prácticas agrícolas. Si los diferentes registros explicativos de los cambios identificados dibujan un panorama bastante completo de los elementos que intervienen en el proceso de cambio, la dimensión relacional es predominante. Redes centrales, en particular, resultan ser un lugar de defensa de la identidad y una conexión con los conocimientos y los recursos distribuidos socialmente. |

| Summary, etc. | Dieser Artikelmöchte darstellen, wie die Dynamik der Anwendung von umweltfreundlichen praktischen Vorfahren der Winzer in zwei Winzerlandgemeinden der Bourgogne durch die Struktur des örtlichen beruflichen Dialognetzwerks, in dem sie eingebettet sind, bedingt wird. Die zwei untersuchten Netzwerke sind vom Typus„ Kern-Rand“und erreichen gleichwertige Ergebnisse in Bezug auf den Praxiswechsel, obwohl gewisse Verfahrensarten vorzüglich in der einen oder anderen Gemeinde angewendet werden. Der Artikel zeigt, Schritt für Schritt, auf, wie im Anwendungsprozeß der neuen Landwirtschaftsvorfahren, die soziowirtschaftliche Umwelt, in der die Netzwerke eingebettet sind, die Kapitalformen (wirtschaftlich, sozial und kulturell), die diese Winzer besitzen und die Stellung der Winzer innerhalb ihres Netzwerks spielen. Wenn auch die verschiedenen Begründungen der aufgezeichneten Wechsel ein recht vollständiges Bild der Elemente bringen, die in den Wechselprozeß eingreifen, so erscheint doch die Bedeutung der Beziehungen als vorwiegend. Besonders erweist sich der Kern der sozialen Netzwerke als Ort der Verteidigung der eigenen Identität und der Verbindung der sozial verteilten Kenntnissen und Ressourcen. |
