| Summary, etc. | RésuméÀ partir de la très intéressante illustration proposée par M. Aisenstein dans son rapport, et de deux illustrations cliniques présentées par l’auteure, la discussion s’ouvre sur la question des liens possibles entre image et mémoire mélancolique, entre événement somatique et fonctionnement mélancolique. Dans le cas présenté par M. Aisenstein, il est question d’un fonctionnement psychique opératoire avec gel des affects, effraction somatique (le cancer du côlon) et dépression, qualifiée par l’analyste de « quasi mélancolique ». Les cas présentés par l’auteur, chez lesquels l’image, le gel des affects, la mémoire sans oubli ni refoulement prédominent également, la somatisation, certes plus épisodique, sensorielle et diffuse, mais diagnostiquée malgré tout comme réelle, questionne. Y aurait-il une incompatibilité aux niveaux théorique et clinique, entre somatisation et fonctionnement mélancolique ? Il s’agit ainsi de comprendre, dans un contexte où la poussée de la pulsion rencontre l’objet primaire incorporé de la mélancolie, l’émergence et la signification d’atteintes somatiques s’exprimant à travers une mouvance identificatoire primaire en lien avec cet objet. |

| Summary, etc. | Based on the very interesting illustration presented by M. Aisenstein in her paper, and two clinical illustrations given by the author, the discussion opens with a question as to the possible connections between the image and melancholic memory, between the somatic event and melancholic functioning. The case presented by M. Aisenstein concerns operative psychic functioning with freezing of affects, somatic effraction (cancer of the colon) and depression, characterised by the analyst as « quasi melancholic ». The cases presented by the author, in which the image, the freezing of affects and memory without forgetting or repression are equally predominant, the somatisation –more episodic, sensory and diffuse, but nevertheless diagnosed as real– raises some questions. Might there be an incompatibility on the theoretical and clinical levels between somatisation and melancholic functioning? It is therefore a matter of understanding, in a context where the pressure of the drive encounters the incorporated primary object of melancholia, the emergence and the meaning of somatic attacks being expressed through a primary identificatory sphere of influence in connection with this object. |

Aisenstein en su informe, y de dos ilustraciones clínicas presentadas por la autora, la discusión empieza con el tema de los posibles lazos entre imagen y memoria melancólica, entre acontecimiento somático y funcionamiento melancólico. En el caso que presentó M. Aisenstein, se trata de un funcionamiento psíquico operatario con congelamiento de los afectos, efracción somática (el cáncer de colon) y depresión, calificada por el analista como « casi melancólica ». Los casos expuestos por la autora, en los cuales la imagen, el congelamiento de los afectos, la memoria sin olvido ni represión también son predominantes, la somatización, ciertamente más episódica, sensorial y difusa, pero al fin y al cabo diagnosticada como real, interroga. ¿ Existe acaso una incompatibilidad teórica y clínica, entre somatización y funcionamiento meláncolico? Se trata de entender, en un contexto en el cual el empuje de la pulsión encuentra al objeto primario incorporado de melancolía, la emergencia y la significación de daños somáticos que se expresan a través de una tendencia identificatoria primaria vinculada con dicho objeto. |

Aisenstein in ihrem Arbeitsbericht vorlegt, sowie zwei weiteren klinischen Beispielen des Autors selbst, beginnt die vorliegende Diskussion mit der Frage nach den möglichen Verbindungen zwischen Bild und melancholischer Erinnerung, zwischen dem somatischen Ereignis und dem melancholischen Funktionieren. Bei dem Fall von M. Aisenstein handelt es sich um ein psychisches Funktionieren auf operativem Niveau mit dem Einfrieren der Affekte, einem somatischen Ausbruch (Darmkrebs) und einer Depression, die von der Analytikerin als « quasi melancholisch » bezeichnet wird. Bei den vom Autor hier vorgestellten Fällen, bei denen das Bild, die eingefrorenen Affekte, das Gedächtnis ohne Vergessen oder Verdrängung ebenfalls im Vordergrund stehen, wirft die gewiß episodischere, sinnliche und diffuse Somatisierung, die trotz allem als echte diagnostiziert wurde, Fragen auf. Gibt es etwa auf der theoretischen und klinischen Ebene eine Unvereinbarkeit zwischen Somatisierung und melancholischem Funktionieren? Es geht darum, in einem Kontext, wo ein Triebdrang dem inkorporierten primären Objekt der Melancholie begegnet, die Entstehung und die Bedeutung somatischer Krankeitsausbrüche zu verstehen, die sich in einer primären Identifikationsbewegung ausdrücken, die mit diesem Objekt zusammenhängt. |

Aisenstein nella sua relazione, e di due illustrazioni cliniche presentate dall’autrice, si apre la discussione sulla questione dei legami possibili tra immagine e memoria melancolica, tra avvenimento somatico e funzionamento melancolico. Nel caso presentato da M. Aisenstein, si tratta di un funzionamento psichico operatorio con congelamento degli affetti, effrazione somatica (cancro al colon) e depressione, qualificata dall’analista come « quasi melancolica ». I casi presentati dall’autrice, nei quali l’immagine, il congelamento degli affetti, la memoria senza oblio né rimozione predominano ugualmente, la somatizzazione certo più episodica, sensoriale e diffusa, ma diagnosticata tuttavia come reale, sollevano interrogativi. Ci sarebbe forse un’incompatibilità a livello teorico e clinico, tra somatizzazione e funzionamento melancolico? Si tratta quindi di capire, in un contesto in cui la spinta della pulsione incontra l’oggetto primario incorporato della melanconia, l’emergenza e il significato di malattie somatiche che si esprimono attraverso un movimento identificatorio primario legato a quell’oggetto. |
