| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article présente le cas de Marie, une adolescente hospitalisée à l’Unité de Crise pour Adolescents à Genève, pour laquelle il fut décidé d’introduire un traitement par des packs. Cette technique s’inscrit dans une approche thérapeutique à médiation corporelle. Initialement prévue pour des patients présentant des troubles psychotiques, elle fut progressivement élargie à des situations d’altération de l’image corporelle associées à différents types de pathologies.Pour Marie, l’indication au traitement fut posée sur l’hypothèse d’une fragilité narcissique de base, liée à un défaut primaire de maternage et de pare-excitations. |

| Summary, etc. | This article presents the case of Marie, an adolescent hospitalized in the Adolescent Crisis Ward in Geneva, for whom it was decided to introduce a treatment by packs. This technique is part of a therapeutic approach using corporal mediation. Initially intended for patients with psychotic disorders, its was gradually extended to include situations where there is an alteration of body image in association with various types of pathology.For Marie, the treatment indication was based on an hypothesis of basic narcissistic fragility, linked with a primary lack of mothering and of protective shields. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEste artículo presenta el caso de María, una adolescente hospitalizada en la unidad de crisis para adolescentes en Genova para quién se decidió de introducir un tratamiento por medio de packs. Esta técnica se inscribe a partir de un enfoque terapéutico a mediación corporal. Inicialmente prevista para pacientes presentando desórdenes psicóticos. Dicha técnica fué progresivamente propuesta a situaciones de la alteración de la imágen corporal asociada a diferentes tipos de patologías.Para Marie, la indicación del tratamiento fué puesta a partir de la hipótesis de una fragilidad narcísica de base ; la cual está relacionada a un defecto primario de maternaje y de para-exitación. |
