| Summary, etc. | RésuméLe devenir des troubles psychotiques pubertaires dépend de l’utilisation que l’adolescent et l’environnement thérapeutique vont faire de leur hallucinatoire. Lorsque celui-ci est déployé et travaillé dans la relation analytique, la partie narcissique des identifications primaires reste préservée et il ne devient plus indispensable d’opérer un désinvestissement de l’Inconscient comme Freud le postule dans le cas du président Schreber et dans la schizophrénie. L’hallucinatoire devient alors un outil précieux pour la sauvegarde et l’élaboration de désirs, dont la mise en mots permettra d’alléger l’économie du fonctionnement psychique de l’adolescent. Deux exemples cliniques illustrent ce propos. |

| Summary, etc. | The outcome of psychotic troubles at puberty depends the use that the adolescent and his therapeutic environment will make of their hallucinatory world. When it is deployed and worked on within the analytical relationship, the narcissistic part of the primary identification is preserved and it is no longer necessary to carry out a disinvestments of the Unconscious, as Freud postulates in the case of President Schreiber and in schizophrenia. The hallucinatory then becomes a precious tool for saving and elaborating desires; putting it into words will help to lighten the economy of the adolescent’s psychical functioning. This is illustrated by means of two clinical cases. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenLa evolución de los desórdenes psicóticos pubertarios depende de la utilización que el adolescente y el medio terapéutico hagan de su alucinación. Cuando esta es desplegada y trabajada en una relación analítica, la parte narcísica de las identificaciones primarias se queda preservada y no es más indispensable de operar un desinterés hacia el inconciente como Freud lo postula en el caso del presidente Schreber, y en la esquizofrenia. La alucinación se vuleve un util precioso para salvaguardar y elaborar los deseos cuya enunciación permitirá de aligerar la economia del funcionamiento psíquico del adolescente. Dos ejemplos clínicos ilustran dicho propósito. |
