520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. In psychopathology, the notion of disorganization is associated with Bleuler and his conception of schizophrenia, formed at the beginning of the twentieth century. This conception would be critiqued by Freud, who nevertheless used quite similar descriptions when he introduced the death drive and destructiveness in 1920. The comparison between disorganization in the sense of schizophrenia and the disorganization concept introduced by Pierre Marty in his psychosomatic theorizations brings to light the central role of hypochondria qua “ongoing neurosis.” We propose some further contributions on the links between narcissism, ego-drives, destructiveness, and the death drive.
